What we collect

This website collects personal information only when you choose to send us a message through the contact form or email us directly. The form asks for your name, your email address, an optional company or organization, the type of inquiry and your message.

How we use it

We use the details you send only to read and answer your inquiry. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't send you marketing unless you ask for it, and we don't sell or rent your information.

How your message reaches us

When you send the form, your message is emailed to the GoboSigns team through Cloudflare's email service and kept in our team inbox, which is hosted by our email provider. The website itself doesn't keep a copy of your message. Messages are protected in transit by standard HTTPS and email transport security. That is not end-to-end encryption, so please don't include sensitive information such as passwords or payment details.

Spam and abuse protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to do this. To limit abuse, the website keeps a one-way, salted fingerprint of your network address and of each submission for up to 24 hours. That fingerprint can't be turned back into your address or your message.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party marketing tools.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep inquiry emails only as long as we need them to answer you and to handle any follow-up. To ask us to delete your inquiry, or to ask what we hold about you, email hello@gobosigns.com.

Changes

Questions about this notice can also go to hello@gobosigns.com. If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this notice before the change takes effect.
